What travelers say
A snapshot of guest ratings and stories behind the stay.
“It’s hard to rate a hotel perfectly, but Portrait Firenze comes very close. Everything felt seamless and thoughtfully done. The welcome was outstanding. Modou greeted us warmly, spoke our language, and was genuinely hospitable and helpful. Teresa at the front desk was incredibly kind, she assisted us with recommendations, helped research places, stayed in touch via WhatsApp, and gave us a full tour of the suite. The hotel is fully equipped, the bed is extremely comfortable, and the location is easily the best in the city. This definitely won’t be our last stay. Portrait Firenze truly made our honeymoon special for my husband and me, and we’ll be back!”
“Our stay at Portrait Firenze was once again exceptional. A heartfelt thank you to Caterina for the generous double upgrade, Mateo for his impeccable service and warmth throughout our stay, and Becks for his incredible attention to detail. We also had the pleasure of meeting David and hearing about his adventures — a lovely personal touch that made the experience even more memorable. What truly sets Portrait Firenze apart is how they make you feel like family, not just guests. The Lifestyle Team’s care, thoughtfulness, and spot-on recommendations elevate every stay. Our suite was stunning — incredibly spacious, beautifully appointed, and thoughtfully designed, with two full bathrooms that made it feel more like a private residence than a hotel. A truly special place that keeps us coming back.”
